Join us for a women’s winter solstice ceremony to honour the darkest night of the year.
As we approach the winter solstice, we experience the darkest night of the year – a time to gather our energy inwardly, and remember our feminine magic. This is a time where we are invited to rest deeply and dream, being nourished by the fertile darkness – the Womb of Winter.
Come, sister. Let’s cosy up together in the temple, and honour the ancient ways of woman that are woven with the earth’s rhythms and cycles. Let’s deepen into our womb wisdom and receive warmth from the circle – the women are the hearth.
This ceremony is a time out of time; an honouring of the sacred;
A resting into the support of the earth, the ancestors and each other.
This is a space to soften, replenish, listen, dream, and remember at a time when the veils between the worlds are thin. Come, lean in and receive a bone-deep kind of nourishment you so deeply crave. These spaces are loved by women of depth and heart – you will be in good company and newcomers are welcome. . The evening includes:
❁ Grounding meditation and opening circle ❁ Sacred song ❁ Mugwort tea ceremony ❁ Embodiment practice to connect us with our deep womb wisdom ❁ Being nourished through witnessing and touch ❁ Guided journey to connect with the loving wisdom and support of your ancestral grandmothers ❁ Oracular wisdom circle – letting the Crone speak ❁ Seed of light ritual (womb-based practice) ❁ Closing circle ❁ A warm and nourishing dinner shared in each other’s company
