Dance of the Womb is a women’s temple ritual – one my my most beloved signature events. When you step inside, you will be transported to the ancient temples of the Goddess – think velvety reds, full-bodied roses, wafting fragrance & pulsating beats. Close to the city yet embraced by lush natural surrounds, enter the temple for an evening of ritual, rapture and remembering.

I hold this event 2-3 times a year, and the upcoming September 4th edition is themed “The innocence of Eros” in celebration of the budding of spring. We will welcome the natural sensuality this season evokes, and animate eros through our dance, circulating life force and welcoming the natural pleasure and joy innate to our bodies.

WHY THE WOMB?

The womb is a portal through which we can access ancient feminine power and wisdom – not to mention, our creative power as well as the magic connected to our blood lineages – the sacred red thread that runs through our Motherline.. The womb is like an inner doorway to the Feminine Mysteries, connecting us to the Goddess traditions that have revered the female body as a Temple of Love.

The womb* is an often untapped source of power, pleasure, wisdom and creativity – centuries of suppression and distortion have disconnected women from their feminine power. This event is a reclamation and remembering – a sacred return to the deep feminine center of the womb. Through breath, movement, sound and dance we will access the power of this space, awakening the womb’s energy and wisdom.

Expect to feel activated but grounded after this event, and very much in touch with your feminine magic, sensuality and inner power!

* Note: If the womb has been removed, we work with the energetic imprint of the womb. Women of all ages are welcome – maiden, mother, maga or crone

Infused with rose — specifically, red rose, sacred to the Feminine Mysteries — it is brewed with the intention of unfolding the rose of the womb with love and reverence.
