Mary Magdalene’s Feast day: Women’s Temple

A Women’s Temple Gathering in Honour of Mary Magdalene

This beloved women’s temple gathering is a celebration, ceremony and honouring of the life and living presence of Mary Magdalene, around the time of traditional Feast Day on 22nd July.

Come dressed in red — even a splash — and let us gather in circle to ignite the flame of the Magdalen in our hearts.

This year- 2026 – marks the sixth time I have offered this temple, and it is always a profoundly magical and moving evening. The kind of evening that stays with you for days, or weeks, afterwards.

Mary Magdalene’s presence is felt — and it touches something deep and real in our hearts.

“I was so touched by the exquisite beauty you created and how graceful your ability to hold reverence is. Whilst leading us into such tender places to meet with Magdalene internally and within each other. I am so grateful for you  I love how Magdalene radiates through you. What you are doing is exponential and beyond what we can know.” – 2022 Magdalene Feast temple-goer

What to Expect

This will be a sumptuous temple night of ritual, suffused with delicious sensory delights — think roses, candlelight, soul ravishment and deep feminine connection.

The evening will be a dedicated space to open to her wisdom, love, beauty and grace — and to express and share that with like-hearted sisters.

The ceremony includes:

  • Grounding and opening circle

  • Prayer, ritual and ecstatic song (non-denominational)

  • Dance and gentle guided embodiment practice to ignite the flame of Magdalen within

  • Soulful connection in circle and dyads

  • Ritual of anointing

  • A nourishing feast, sweets and tea

The Feast

It wouldn’t be a Feast Day without a feast! We will close our temple ritual with a nourishing shared meal, sweets and tea — prepared with love and care.

Food will be suitable for gluten-free and vegan guests. Please add any other dietary requirements at the time of booking and we will do our best to cater for you.
